In this release we moved to cURL library for http requests, it solves a lot of problem we faced with default WinInet/WinHTTP client what TrackChecker used before (since it was created). A lot of site parser improvements and fixes. Added http debug log option - user will be able to send http log to developers to help us diagnose services problem.
